Appointment Cancellation Policy At Altar Aesthetics, we value your time and strive to provide the best possible service to each of our clients. To ensure that we can accommodate everyone efficiently, we have implemented the following appointment cancellation policy: Cancellation Policy: 24-Hour Notice Required: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to other clients who may be waiting. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee. This fee is 50% of the scheduled service cost. For example, if your appointment was for a service costing $100, the cancellation fee would be $50. No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment and do not provide any prior notice, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost. This fee will need to be paid before booking any future appointments. How to Cancel: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us via phone or text message at 406-593-0821. If you reach our voicemail, please leave a detailed message including your name, appointment date, time, and the reason for cancellation. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen. If you have an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. Exceptions to the cancellation fee may be made at our discretion. Why We Have This Policy: Late cancellations and no-shows significantly impact our ability to serve our clients effectively.
